Payment
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total is required using the credit card provided by the customer, excluding any additional costs to be paid on site.
The balance of the stay must be paid within 14 days before the day of arrival.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only after payment has been made.

Cancellation

No-show
In the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the total will be retained.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €6.00 ​​per night per guest and must be paid at the property. For information, refer to the Regulations published on the website of the Municipality of Rome.
