Payment
For flexible rates, a 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, using the credit card provided by the guest. This deposit excludes any additional fees payable on site. The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
For non-refundable rates, 100% of the total amount is required upon booking confirmation, excluding any additional fees payable on site.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

Cancellation

No-shows
In the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount will be retained.

City Tax
The city tax is €6.00 ​​per night per guest and must be paid at the property. For information, please refer to the Regulations published on the City of Rome website.

Security Deposit
A credit card guarantee will be required upon check-in, and a pre-authorization will be requested for the security deposit.

Smoking Ban
Smoking is prohibited throughout our property.
