Payment
Upon booking confirmation, payment of 30% of the total is required, excluding ancillary services to be paid on site.
You can pay via bank transfer, Stripe, Afterpay.
It is necessary to pay the balance (excluding services to be paid on site) within 15 days before the day of arrival.

Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival.
Starting from the 89th day before arrival, 30% of the total will be retained.
Starting from the 59th day before arrival, 100% of the payment made will be retained.

No Show
In case of no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the total will be withheld.
